Refund and Return Information

How long do I have to return or refund products purchased from your store?

To initiate a return, the product must meet certain conditions: it should be unworn, undamaged, have all the labels intact, and be in its original packaging with all accessories included.

You have a period of 14 days from the date of receiving your order to inform us if the product is not suitable for any reason and return it to us. Once we receive the product in a clean, unworn condition with the original label, we will either send you a replacement or provide a refund, as per your request.

How does returning a product work?

If you would like to initiate a return for your purchased product, please send an email to with your request. We will arrange for a courier to pick up the parcel from your location at no cost to you. In your email, please include the following information:

- Name

- Order ID

- The product(s) you’d like to return

- The pickup address of the product(s)

- Phone number

- E-mail address

- Please also provide us with the reason for returning the product. Your feedback is important to us, and we work to enhance our services based on customer reviews.

As per our procedure, the GLS courier will collect your parcel and initiate the return process within the following two working days. Please note that there is no need for you to label the parcel, as the courier will affix the appropriate label, enabling them to identify and handle your parcel accordingly.

Upon receiving the returned product(s), we will carefully inspect its condition. If the product is found to be in an acceptable condition, we will proceed with the requested refund or exchange. The refund will be processed using the same payment method that was originally used for the purchase.

All returned products must meet the following conditions:

When trying on our shoes, please handle them with care and preferably try them on a carpeted surface to avoid any damage to the soles, exterior, or shoe box.

For items such as underwear, swimwear, or hosiery, please note that returns are only accepted if the hygienic protective film remains intact and the packaging is unopened.

We kindly request that you try on underwear and swimwear over your underwear. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been worn or dirty.

Jewelry can only be returned if it is in the same condition as received, including the box and any enclosed documents, if applicable.
