At present, ODU Store exclusively offers shipping services to countries within the European Union. If you wish to place an order outside the European Union, please get in touch with us. Please note that delivery times may be extended during the holiday season.

International Shipping:

  • For in-stock products, the delivery timeframe to neighboring and priority countries is typically within 3-6 business days from the date of your order
  • The average shipping time to other European countries is 5-10 days
  • For delivery to the United Kingdom, please contact our customer services for detailed information regarding shipping options and estimated delivery times.
  • Each parcel automatically includes damage cover up to a maximum of 50,000 HUF, which means that you are protected from any damages incurred during shipping, up to this amount, per parcel
  • Continuous package tracking

  • In the event of a failed initial delivery attempt, we will make a second delivery attempt. Additionally, if available in your country, we can also arrange delivery to private GLS ParcelShops for your convenience.

Which payment method can you choose?

For orders with home delivery, the accepted payment method is limited to online credit card payment.

When and how is delivery made?

Deliveries are scheduled to be made throughout Hungary on business days, typically between 8 AM to 4 PM. You will receive an email notification informing you about the commencement of the delivery process.

If your order consists of multiple items, please note that they may be stored in warehouses located at different distances from each other. To expedite the delivery process and minimize transfer delays, your order may be dispatched in several separate parcels. This allows for faster and more efficient delivery to your designated address.

What does this mean?

  • The delivery price will remain the same, and your order will be delivered to your home at the advertised price, even if it is dispatched in multiple parcels
  • Your order may be delivered in several installments, aiming to arrive at the specified delivery address at the same time
  • Once your order is fulfilled and ready for shipment, you will receive an invoice for the number of products included in each dispatched package. While you may receive multiple email notifications regarding the shipment, please note that the delivery charge will be included in only one of those notifications
  • Upon handing over the parcels to the courier, you may receive multiple parcel numbers, which will be communicated to you via email. Please note that the "Track Parcel" button on our website and chatbot service will always provide the latest parcel number that was sent to you, ensuring you can easily track the progress of your shipment

You weren’t at home at the time of delivery? Don’t worry, the second attempt is free of charge!

If the courier is unable to successfully deliver the goods, a notification will be left regarding the parcel. You can refer to the note left by the courier, which will contain a telephone number for you to inquire about the shipment. In case of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the courier service will make another attempt at delivering the parcel free of charge, at a time that is re-arranged and agreed upon.

To ensure that we can address any complaints about the contents of the parcel, it is essential to record any shortages or damages on the delivery note in the presence of the courier.

Our contracted courier services will provide you with the following services at the time of delivery:

  • Delivery to the first door (e.g. staircase, normal-size products)
  • Open box service - parcel check in the presence of the courier*

* We offer an open box service in partnership with our delivery partners. This service allows you to unbox the product upon receipt of your order, allowing you to inspect its physical condition before the courier departs. If you notice any issues or damage, you can report it on the receipt (in the case of Royal Courier) or request a report to document that the damage occurred before you accepted the product. This process facilitates a smoother resolution for any related concerns.

Please note that the delivery times mentioned above are calculated from the date of order confirmation by budapestselectstore.com. While we strive to meet these delivery times, there may be instances where the delivery time exceeds the estimated timeframe mentioned. In such cases, odustore.hu will promptly inform you about the expected extent of the delay. However, please understand that we cannot be held responsible if the delivery time extends beyond the indicated timeframe.

Delivery agent, P.O. Box: All products purchased from odustore.hu are delivered exclusively by courier and may be subject to customs clearance if being shipped to non-EU countries. Please be aware that Budapestselectstore.com cannot be held responsible for the payment of any customs duties and clearance fees that may arise during the importation process. Additionally, please note that we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
