The technical knowledge of our partners is decisive in where we manufacture our products. Given the history of the company and our cooperative status, we are resolutely open to the world and firmly defend our values ​​with all those who accompany us in the process of product creation.

Each one is the result of a lot of work by our creative team. It passes through the hands of our illustrators and stylists, who create a whole world of colors and materials especially for it. This work is carried out in the heart of Moulin Roty, in Nort-sur-Erdre,

Finding high-quality, gentle materials

Most of our materials are selected in France and Europe for their creativity and technical quality, as well as their non-toxicity (most of our suppliers are tested according to the Oeko-Tex reference system).

High quality requirements during the production process

We work with factories and workshops that we select with the greatest care. They are located in Romania and France, as well as in China and Taiwan. They are, above all, partners with whom we have long-term relationships. They work in compliance with our quality standards, with controls ensured at every stage of production.

Child safety is a priority

All toys are tested and approved by an independent French laboratory. All our toys comply with the European standard NF-EN71 and carry the CE mark, which confirms that they have passed all tests, such as:

Mechanical tests (when pulling with a force of 90Nt, no small parts should come off).

Flammability tests (checking the rate of flame spread).

chemical tests (checking the leaching of heavy metals)

Additional checks to ensure that each element is as reliable as possible.

Baby eating utensils: we make sure they comply with European regulations, for example regarding cadmium or formaldehyde content. Our cutlery sets do not contain bisphenol A (BPA).

We test all plastic parts that could end up in a child's mouth to make sure they are phthalate-free.

We test baby beds and changing mats according to baby care safety standards.

Our products do not contain hazardous substances listed in Annex XVII of the REACH Regulation in a proportion greater than 0.1% by weight.
