Loyalty Program – Brief Information

Pregnancy and raising children are among the most beautiful, yet most demanding periods of our lives. During this time, we want to support our customers not only with quality products but also with real benefits and extra discounts.
That's why we created our Loyalty Program, which aims to thank you for your trust, reward repeat purchases, and provide exclusive discounts and unique offers to our members.
Participation in the Program is free; all you need to join is a registered customer account.
Login and registration happen on the same interface. Instead of a password, we will send a one-time code to your registered email address every time — both if you have already registered and if you are using it for the first time.
* By registering, you automatically accept the Privacy Policy, the General Terms and Conditions, and the Loyalty Program Rules.

Loyalty Program Policy
- You receive points after every product purchase
- Points are credited to your loyalty account after successful payment of the order. For cash-on-delivery payments, points are credited after the package has been paid for.
- In case of returns, points will be deducted proportionally to the refunded amount.
- If no purchase is made through your loyalty account for 12 consecutive months in our stores or online shop, the accumulated points will automatically expire and be deleted.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash
- Points are not transferable
- Points cannot be used for shipping fees
- Discounts cannot be used on promotional products
- Certain benefits, coupons, point-earning opportunities, or promotions of the Program may change periodically
How does the Program work?
The Program is based on point collection.
After every successfully completed purchase, points are credited to your customer account. The collected points can later be redeemed for discounts.
The management of points and discounts is entirely electronic, so there is no need to issue a separate loyalty card.
The tracking and management of points are performed by an automated system.
Certain benefits, coupons, point-earning opportunities, or promotions of the Program may change periodically.
For certain products, product categories, manufacturers, brands, services, sales, or promotions, point collection or point redemption may be limited or excluded (see point 14 of the Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions). Information on current conditions will always be provided on the website, on the relevant product page, or in our stores.
Points collected in the Program cannot be used for promotional
products and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
- You earn 1 point for every 100 Ft spent.
Points are credited exclusively after successfully completed and paid purchases.
No points are earned on the shipping fee.
- Registration → 200 points
If you create a new customer account: 200 points will be credited.
- Newsletter subscription → 250 points
The points received for newsletter subscription are to thank you for your interest and trust.
If you unsubscribe from the newsletter after subscribing, the points received for it may be withdrawn.
- Birthday → 300 points
On your birthday: you may be eligible to receive 300 points.
You can use your points in both our webshop and our stores.
Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
You can redeem your points for various discounts:
- 500 points → HUF 1500 discount on purchases over HUF 10,000
- 1000 points → HUF 3000 discount on purchases over HUF 15,000
- 1500 points → HUF 4500 discount on purchases over HUF 20,000
Coupons can be used above the specified minimum order value.
Certain discounts, coupons, point-earning opportunities, or promotions of the Program may change periodically.
Points cannot be redeemed for discounted products or for the following brands: Móra, Tornadora, Pelso, Little Dutch, Usborne.
The discount will be deducted from the gross purchase price.
If no purchases are made using your loyalty account for a continuous period of 365 days in our stores or online shop, the accumulated points will automatically expire and be deleted.
After logging in, you can check the following in your profile at any time:
- Your current points
- Your achieved level
- Your redeemable discounts
After subscribing, we will send you an email notification about all your purchases and the points you have earned.
Active participation in the Program is rewarded with special loyalty levels. By reaching these levels, you can become eligible for one-time extra discounts. Levels are determined by your purchases.
Bronze Level
Attainment: above 1000 points
