GOSOAKY is an Amsterdam-based brand that specializes in waterproofing. Our smart outerwear is designed to protect your family in any outdoor situation. We create multifunctional products that adapt to the modern lifestyle and love developing smart materials that work with the body and allow for play.

Our story began with the weather and its unpredictable nature. Sudden showers, gusts of wind and sunshine can affect our daily activities. Especially when a family is on the go. We believe that children should be able to play outside, feel free and have adventures, rain or shine. It may seem difficult when the weather turns, but like many things in life, it doesn’t change the forecast! The good thing is that we can learn to ride the waves and in some cases the solution is very simple: all it takes is the right outerwear. So the search began to find good quality clothing that would protect our children from the elements. We searched and searched for the perfect companions that would take us from outdoor adventures to city life and back again.

So on a rainy day in 2015, founders Urs Hasham, Fleur van Noesel and Johanna Carlier came together and GOSOAKY was born. Combining the knowledge of their long careers in the fashion industry and their enthusiastic attitude to create something exciting and indispensable.

GOSOAKY quickly grew from an idea to a successful brand, and we realized that our struggle to find the perfect waterproof outerwear was shared by many families around the world.

All our OUTERPROOFSTM products are handmade with great attention to detail. Every GOSOAKY is waterproof or water-repellent, with taped or sealed seams, technical details and materials that ensure your children are truly waterproof. The balance between innovation, fashion and classic silhouettes makes every GOSOAKY perfect for everyday use. We believe in getting the most out of a garment, especially because children grow so quickly. That's why we build every GOSOAKY to last, using only high-quality materials and workmanship.
