Giveaway Rules
(effective: January 24–31, 2026)
Odu Store Kft., as the organizer of the game below (registered office: 1026 Budapest, Pasaréti út 122-124., tax number: 27198298-2-41, company registration number: 01-09-388165, hereinafter: "Organizer") for the Instagram giveaway conducted between January 24–31, 2026 (hereinafter: the "Game") establishes the following rules.
I. Prize Package
1.1 The Prize Package includes: 1 pc Jellycat Canterneigh Pony plush; 1 pc Linea Baby “No Tears” baby shampoo; 1 pc Linea baby face and body cream; 1 pc Djeco Crazy Motors coloring promotional booklet; Rex London Woodland tattoos; 1 pc Konges Sløjd silicone shell set; 1 pc Bouncy ball – farm animals (cow pattern); 1 pc Matchbox Volkswagen toy car (mint color) (hereinafter: the "Prize").
1.2 The Organizer covers the shipping costs related to the Prize.
II. Game Duration
2.1 Game duration: January 24, 2026 – January 31, 2026 until 23:59.
III. Drawing
3.1 The drawing of 1 (one) winner will take place at the Organizer’s registered office (1026 Budapest, Pasaréti út 122-124.) at the following time, in a closed drawing without the participation of a notary:
February 3, 2026 (Tuesday) 12:00 drawing from among participating players.
The drawings are conducted using software in accordance with the requirements of randomness via the website https://commentpicker.com/.
3.2 During the Game, one person will be drawn at the time of the drawing; no alternate winners will be drawn.
IV. Conditions for Participation in the Game
4.1 Only a natural person who is a Hungarian citizen aged 18 or over, has a place of residence or stay in Hungary, holds a valid identity document issued by the Hungarian authorities, is legally competent, and does not fall within the category of persons defined in point 4.8 may participate in the Game, provided they meet the conditions set out in this Section IV (hereinafter: the "Player").
4.2 A Player participates validly in the Game if, during the period specified in point 2.1 of the Game, on the website under the domain www.instagram.com (hereinafter: "Instagram")
· follows the Organizer’s Instagram page: @odu.store,
· likes the post announcing the Game, and
· tags at least 1 friend in a comment (by tagging their profile) whose child would be happy with the Prize.
(together hereinafter: the "Entry").
By performing the above, i.e., by participating in the Game, the Player automatically declares that they have read and accept all conditions set out in these game rules (the "Game Rules").
4.3 During the Game, a Player is entitled to submit one Entry, which may not in any way infringe the personal or other rights of any third party.
4.4 Entries that do not meet the formal and substantive requirements described in the Game Rules will be automatically excluded from the Game.
4.5 The Organizer may exclude from the Game participants who provide false data. The Organizer will consider only those Entries valid that Players submit using and providing their own Instagram profile registered by them. If the Player uses an Instagram profile not registered by themselves, the Organizer excludes any liability for disputes arising from the authorization to use the Instagram profile in connection with the Game.
4.6 By submitting the Entry, the Player acknowledges that the content, performance, message and data transmission, and response speed of the Game’s technical infrastructure depend on the underlying technology and may be adversely affected by factors beyond the Organizer’s control, such as (but not limited to) connection errors, server computer performance, network load, network congestion, coverage, and maintaining a secure network connection. The Organizer excludes all liability for the matters described in this paragraph and for any errors or deficiencies resulting therefrom.
4.7 For the purpose of verifying compliance with the conditions of the Game Rules, the Organizer may review the Entries and, if they or the submitting Player do not meet the conditions of the Game Rules for any reason, may exclude the Player concerned from the Game. The Organizer will not separately notify the Player of the exclusion.
4.8 Employees of the Organizer and other organizations involved in organizing the Game, as well as their close relatives as defined in Section 8:1 (1) point 1 of the Civil Code, may not participate in the Game.
4.9 The Organizer reserves the right to immediately exclude from the Game those Players in respect of whom it observes, or has a well-founded suspicion, that contrary to the spirit of the Game, they are participating under the name of a natural person or a fictitious fantasy name using a non-genuine Instagram profile in order to increase their chances of winning through this misleading conduct. Such players include, for example, persons associated for the purpose of participating in drawings and other giveaways, who coordinate their actions to obtain the Prize and combine the efforts of several persons under one name, thereby depriving other players who wish to play fairly of their chances of winning. Such persons also include those who participate in the Game with false data or with multiple or fake Instagram profiles in order to unfairly increase their own chances of winning. Participants or players who engage in the unfair conduct defined in this point are obliged to compensate for any damage caused to the Organizer in connection with the Game.
V. Definition and Process of the Game
5.1 The Organizer announces a giveaway on Instagram, within which it asks participants, in accordance with these Game Rules, to like the shared post, follow the Odu Store Instagram page, and tag the friend in a comment whose child would be happy with the Prize. From among the players who meet the conditions, 1 person will be randomly selected.
5.2 From among the Players who submit a valid Entry received during the entire duration of the Game – by January 31, 2026 at 23:59 – the Organizer will draw a total of one winning Player at 12:00 on February 3, 2026 by a computerized drawing that satisfies the principle of randomness. In the drawing, the Organizer will take into account whether the Player has met the conditions of the Game. The winning Player wins the Prize indicated in point 1.1.
5.3 Each Player who submits a valid Entry during the Game may participate in the drawing with only one Entry.
5.4 The Organizer will publish the name of the winning Player under the post related to the giveaway after the drawing, and will also notify the winner via direct message no later than February 3, 2026 at 23:59, to which the Player unconditionally and expressly consents by participating in the Game. The Organizer will not correspond regarding the giveaway and its rules. The Organizer will not announce alternate winners during the Game. The winning Player will be automatically excluded from the Game without any further notice, and thus will not be entitled to receive the Prize, if:
– they do not respond to the notification message within 2 working days, by February 5, 2026 at 23:59 at the latest;
– the winner cannot be contacted for any reason;
– it is proven that they try to influence the course/result of the Game in any way intentionally;
– they violate any point of these participation rules.
VI. Prize Delivery
6.1. The Prize will be delivered via GLS. The Organizer will arrange the details of receiving the Prize with the winners in an Instagram message, during which the Organizer will request the winning Player’s postal address. After prior arrangement, the Organizer will deliver the Prize to the winning Player via GLS. The Player is obliged to cooperate in order to receive the Prize. If this does not happen, and for any reason within the Player’s control the receipt of the Prize fails, the Prize can no longer be claimed, and the Organizer bears no liability in this regard; the Player may not assert any claim against the Organizer.
6.2. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
VII. Organizer’s Liability
7.1 Instagram does not sponsor, operate, manage, or support the Game in any form; it only provides the platform for the Game. Any questions, comments, or complaints must be addressed to the Organizer of the Game and not to Instagram.
7.2. The Organizer excludes its liability for damages suffered by the Players or any third party arising from the Players’ incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete data provision, registration by a person partially limited in legal capacity or incapacitated without the consent of their legal representative, or by a minor, as well as from the loss of the notification sent electronically to the winning Player for reasons not attributable to the Organizer, unsuccessful delivery for other reasons, or delays.
VIII. Exclusion
Players who participate in the Game contrary to the spirit of the Game, with the aim of increasing their chances of winning through misleading conduct, thereby depriving other participants who wish to play fairly of their chances of winning, will be excluded from the Game. The Organizer draws the Players’ attention to the fact that it reserves the right to exclude such a Player from the Game if such conduct is detected.
IX. Data Protection, Personality Rights
The Organizer will not distribute any prizes beyond the Prize listed in these Game Rules. By participating in the Game, Players automatically acknowledge and accept the Game Rules and the regulations on data processing, and acknowledge that:
– the provision of data is voluntary, data processing is based on their voluntary consent, and the Player’s participation in the Game shall be deemed to constitute express consent to data processing;
– the Organizer may make public the data of the winning players (name, Instagram profile) on the Organizer’s Facebook, Instagram pages and website,
– if the payment of taxes or other public charges becomes necessary in connection with the Prize, the Organizer will also process the additional data necessary to fulfill this obligation, the provision of which shall be deemed the Player’s voluntary consent; and
– the Prize tax arising during the Game will be borne by the Prize sponsor. The period for processing data necessary for the payment of taxes or other public charges related to the Prize is the mandatory data retention period under the applicable laws, after which the data will be deleted.
9.1 Providing data in connection with participation in the present Game is voluntary. Those who participate in the Game acknowledge and expressly consent to:
9.1.1 the Organizer, as data controller and as data processor, processing and handling their provided personal data in connection with the Game for the purposes of contact and administration until the Prize is handed over;
9.1.2 in the event of winning, their name being made public by the Organizer without any further condition or consideration, solely in relation to the Game;
9.1.3 in the event of winning, the making of image, audio, and film recordings of the Players and the handover of the Prize, which the Organizer may use, in whole or in part, in recommendations and advertisements for the Organizer’s products and services without any further separate consent or consideration, while fully respecting personality rights;
9.1.4 by their participation, they expressly accept all provisions of the Game Rules in all respects. The Organizer is the controller of the provided data.
9.2 The Organizer guarantees that data processing is carried out in all respects in compliance with the relevant, applicable legal provisions. The Organizer provides the Player with the opportunity at any time to request information about the processing of their personal data, to request their deletion or rectification at the following address: 1026 Budapest, Pasaréti út 122-124. In addition, the Player also has the right to object to the processing of their personal data. If the Player disagrees with the decision made by the Organizer based on their objection, the Player may turn to the courts.
9.3 The Player acknowledges that requesting the deletion of data necessary for the conduct of the Game before the Prize is handed over will lead to exclusion from the Game.
9.4 In accordance with applicable Hungarian legislation, the Player is entitled to request information about the processing of their personal data and to request the rectification, blocking, or deletion of their personal data. Upon request, the Organizer will inform the Player about the data it processes, their source, the purpose, legal basis, and duration of the data processing, and – in the case of the transfer of the Player’s personal data – the legal basis and recipient of the data transfer. The Organizer is obliged to provide the information in an intelligible form, in writing at the Player’s request, as soon as possible, but no later than within 25 days from the submission of the request. 9.5 By submitting a request to the Organizer, the Player may object to the processing of their personal data if (a) the processing or transfer of personal data is necessary solely for the fulfillment of a legal obligation applicable to the Organizer or for the enforcement of the legitimate interests of the Organizer, the data recipient, or a third party, except in the case of mandatory data processing; (b) the use or transfer of personal data is for the purposes of direct marketing, public opinion polling, or scientific research; and (c) in other cases defined by law. The Organizer will decide on the request within 15 days of receipt. If the Player does not agree with the Organizer’s decision or if the Organizer has missed the deadline, the Player may turn to the courts within thirty (30) days from the notification of the decision or from the last day of the deadline.
9.6 If a request or communication submitted to the Organizer for the exercise of the Player’s rights related to the processing of their personal data is rejected, or if the obligations contained therein are not fulfilled, the Player may seek legal remedy from the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information or the courts.

In case of a violation of rights, the Player may also turn to the courts. The case falls under the jurisdiction of the regional courts, and in addition to the general rules of jurisdiction (cf. Act CXXX of 2016 on the Code of Civil Procedure, Section 25), it may also be brought before the regional court of the Player’s place of residence or stay, at the Player’s choice. Proceedings related to the protection of personal data are exempt from fees, and the courts will proceed out of turn.
9.7 The Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Game Rules and the process of the Game or any detail thereof. If abuses occur during the Game, or if conduct is suspected that may allow abuse, the Organizer reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Game, and to exclude the person committing the abuse from the Game. In such cases, the Organizer excludes all liability.
The Organizer assumes no responsibility if the Instagram page is temporarily unavailable for technical reasons during the Game. The Player acknowledges that the content, performance, message and data transmission, and response speed of the Game’s technical infrastructure depend on the underlying technology and may be adversely affected by factors beyond the Organizer’s control, such as (but not limited to) connection errors, server computer performance, and maintaining a secure network connection. The Organizer excludes all liability arising from the matters described in this paragraph.
X. Miscellaneous Provisions
10.1 The Organizer assumes no responsibility for deficiencies/errors in the Entries (e.g., misspelling of names, incorrect email address, incorrect or false data, etc.) and, as a result, for the non-delivery or delay in handing over the Prize.
10.2 If the winning Player does not collect their Prize, they may no longer claim it from the Organizer and may not assert any claims against the Organizer.
10.3 The Organizer excludes its liability in the event of external so-called SQL attacks on the Website www.instagram.com and the server operating it, and attacks or malfunctions affecting the telephone network. Therefore, if, as a result of an attack on the Website, the server, or the hosting network, Players receive incorrect system messages regarding the Prize, their winner/non-winner status, etc., the Organizer assumes no responsibility for such cases.
10.4 The Organizer reserves the right to immediately exclude from the Game any Player in respect of whom it experiences any (computer) manipulation, the mass creation of email addresses or Instagram profiles, or any conduct that is incompatible with or violates the spirit of the Game, or where there is a well-founded suspicion thereof.
10.5 If, during data upload or during the Game, the Player closes the browser window or if the connection to the hosting website is interrupted (for any reason), the Organizer assumes no responsibility for any data loss.
10.6 The Organizer excludes its liability for the malfunctioning of Instagram pages for reasons beyond its control, during which time the platform is not available or only available with limitations; at the same time, it will promptly take all measures within its power to identify and eliminate the cause of the malfunction as soon as possible.
10.7 The Game is in no way sponsored by Instagram; therefore, data provision is to the Organizer and not to Instagram.
10.8 The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Game Rules in justified cases. The Organizer will publish information about this with the same publicity as other Game communications, informing about the fact of the amendment and precisely indicating where the new rules can be accessed, specifying the changes.
If the Game Rules are amended, it shall be deemed acceptance of the new rules unless the Player expressly indicates in writing that they no longer wish to participate in the Game.
This can be done via Instagram communication channels within 24 hours after the publication of the new rules. The Organizer will acknowledge this and will promptly delete the comment of the Player who does not accept the new rules from the Game post.
10.9 If any matter is not regulated by the Game Rules, the provisions of the relevant, applicable laws shall apply. Hungarian law shall govern the present Game and the Game Rules.
